Fort Knox was a multidisciplinary project involving participants from business management, business analysts, external partners, content creators, UX designers, and service designers. The project focused on further developing Telia’s security solution, Trygghetspaketet (the Security Package), to meet market competition and customer expectations for digital security solutions.

Outcome: Reduced customer service waiting times, increased service activation, and an improved customer experience during contract renewals.
Apollo 18 was one of Telia’s most ambitious initiatives to create a proactive customer experience, driven by a multidisciplinary team spanning six departments. The goal was to design a proactive experience for collective customers through an experiment-driven approach, where different initiatives were tested and measured against shared KPIs to evaluate impact and develop scalable solutions.

The project was initiated in 2024 and, in 2025, evolved into a collaboration between Telia, Halmstad University, and the Swedish Police Authority. The aim is to explore how Telia, as a key player in the telecom market, can contribute to preventing and combating phone fraud targeting older adults.

Outcome: Workshop material in the form of an interactive card game
Active8 Planet was an international EU project in collaboration with Halmstad University and Volvo Cars, exploring how companies within the mobility sector can act more sustainably. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and critical design, we developed TELLUS – How U Feel, an interactive card game that sparks reflection on environmental impact and sustainable decision-making.
